Re: Fritchman model

I read a paper (J.W.K. Wong and V.C.M. Leung, "Improving end-to-end
performance of TCP using link-layer retransmission over mobile
internetworks", in Proc. ICC'99, Vancouver, BC, June 1999) in which this
model was adopted as a network (wired) congestion model.
Unfortunately, the model parameters weren't specified.
Now, I think that I will use a congestion model that is implemented in ns2
tool.
