New I-D: draft-ietf-sming-compl-00

Hi!

Please post the following document as an Internet Draft. It is a -00
document of the SMING WG. Hereby, I also beg Dave Durham, the SMING WG
chair, for approval of this -00 WG document. It represents compliance
statements of the current NMRG-base SMIng language proposal documents
(draft-ietf-sming-{,snmp,copspr,modules,inet-modules}) with respect to
the objectives document (draft-ietf-sming-reqs-06) and according to
the next steps that have been discussed on the WG mailinglist.
