We have updated the SMIng "objectives" document based on the feedback
received in London. We have also done some editorial work to fix typos
and to cleanup the references.

Note that the abstract in the ID announcement is not the current one -
so don't be confused by the term requirement. We got rid of this term
throughout the document.

Dave, I think it is time to restart the WG last call.
