RE: Final Requirements Process for SMIng:

Aside from a few last minute messages that bounced off the list, the
requirements finalization process has completed its second phase. The second
phase was to focus on identifying those questionable requirements that do
not have clear consensus, and I thank all those who gave their input. The
process will now be for the Requirements I-D authors to organize and merge
the remaining motivated requirements (via WG comments and contributions)
back into the SMIng Requirements I-D.

The WG milestones call for the Requirements I-D to go to WG last call in
May.

Thanks again to all those who have contributed to this process.
