The "change token" for the guidelines draft is now with the Document
Shepherd and the IESG. That's what happens when the WG submits a
document to the IESG for publication -- it gives up the right to keep
changing the document. :-) You could raise a "late" IETF Last Call
to unsubscribe send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with
the word 'unsubscribe' in a single line as the message text body.
