CUI: Issue update?

The issues list currently indicates that CUI-03, once posted, will have
no open issues:

Once CUI-03 shows up on the archive, I would like to get confirmation that
in fact, all previously posted issues are closed.  If you have posted an
issue that is *not* addressed in CUI-03, please send the remaining
concerns to the list.

Assuming that there are no objections, and that new issues do not crop up,
it may be possible to start RADEXT WG last call on this document after
IETF 62.
