CUI - I'm happy

My issues with CUI were
1) Not retroactively making old implementations non-compliant with "RADIUS".
2) Not using CUI where Class would suffice.

I believe both have been dealt with, and it's time to publish.

Authors, thanks for your patience and for taking my comments like
