This mailing list was used several years back to discuss
"Policy Terminology". This resulted in RFC 3198 in nov 2001.

Lately I (as list admin) have only seen spam and virus 
infected mail (which I believe I have managed to just discard
without forwarding to the list).

This mailing list will be closed down soon.
