Yep... that is indeed an issue.

That would be fine with me. But I personally do not have the cycles
to open up 2674 (it probably will open up other discussion when we do).
We can check with the bridgemib WG. 

We can also do this doc as an "update" to the RFC2674 (similar as
how we did updates to RMON mib), and then, whenever we're ready,
we can merge 2674 and this new doc. Of course we would then not
define the TCs in a separate MIB module but as separate TC definition
and we would provide an integrated MIB at the rfc-editor web site.\
