That depends a lot... the Utf8String in RFC2287 is quite
different from the SnmpAdminString in RFC3411.

But I think that those are the only 2 different Utf8Strings
we need. Another onces are probably replacable by one of
these two. When I see any UTF8 stuff in new MIB docs, I
ask them why one of the above is not good enuf.
