Cable Modem IP and MAC Address -- are they "sensitive"?

Folks,

Forgive a possibly stupid question.

Is the pairing of an IP address with a MAC address for a residential cable
modem in a MIB table automatically considered "sensitive information" in the
context of <http://www.ops.ietf.org/security.html>?

This question is in respect to cable modem-specific MIBs.
