RE: MIB Boiler-plate



I have not heard/read any comments on the below.
So the below will become in effect as of now
for people who use the current boilerplate.

I will adapt the boilerplate as soon as new RFCs for
SNMPv3 docs are available (should be soon, or so I hope).
