I think you two are talking past one another.
I think Jon was asking that Juergen post the updated draft here as well as sending
it to the I-D editor, so the people on this list will it have a day or two sooner
than it would otherwise be available.
I think Jon was not proposing that Juergen not send it to the I-D editor.
I think Juergen is saying that there is no substantial difference between the
revision and the existing available draft, merely some cosmetic changes, so there
isn't anything worthwhile to review in the extra day or two gained.
Am I reading this correctly?
