The INET-ADDRESS-MIB is available as RFC 2851. The RFC, though, is
being updated by
http://search.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-ops-rfc2851-update-00.txt

BTW, this MIB comes under the IETF Operations and Management Area.
