-01 version of (former) StaticRowPointer TC document available

I've just sent in an update to the draft that
Kwok and I wrote last December, containing (at
that time) the StaticRowPointer TC.  Following
Keith McCloghrie's suggestion, the current
version of the draft has replaced StaticRowPointer
with a new TC ReusableRow, which characterizes a
conceptual row as reusable or not.

Since things move slowly at I-D deadline time,
I've made the draft available at my usual alternate
site:

I'm not sure where Bert plans to have us discuss
this draft.  For now, you can certainly direct
your comments here to the 'mibs' mailing list.
