I am aware of the fact that the requirements draft has been passed on to the ccamp and therefore I have requested a slot in ccamp to present the mechanism. I hope this is satisfactory.

I disagree that this belongs in the TEWG.  We only specified the
requirements scope on multi-area signalling.  Mechanisms are to be
discussed in CCAMP.
