SUMMARY

  This memo defines a portion of the Management Information Base (MIB)
  for use with network management protocols in the Internet community.
  In particular, it describes managed objects for the Multiprotocol
  Label Switching, Label Distribution Protocol (LDP).

  The document is currently under IESG review.

WHERE DOES IT FIT IN THE PICTURE OF THE SUB-IP WORK

  It fits in MPLS, prividing management plane to the MPLS box. 

WHY IS IT TARGETED AT THIS WG

  The LDP MIB is being defined within the MPLS working group to provide
  management cababilities to the Label Distribution Protocool already 
  defined in the WG.

  The draft has been through both WG last call and IESG last call. 

JUSTIFICATION

  The MPLS group has been chartered to work on the LDP mib.
