people can use IDNs as a brand if they want to do so - especially
if they are willing to choose an IDN that fits within IDN rules
and also works as a brand name.

but we are not bound to solve the problem of trying to represent
any brand names as an IDN.  that way lies madness.

nor should we encourage the use of IDNs as brand names to the point
that it impairs the primary function of IDNs.
