We receive the following comment from Brian on the requirement I-D. Any
suggestions?

2.1, requirement [1]
I think there is another point here (one that we also had to add into
the IPv6 requirements at an early stage). There must be a *stepwise*
deployment plan, i.e. it must be possible to deploy the solution one
server at a time and one client at a time. A non-updated client must
be able to use an updated server, an updated client must be able to use
a non-updated server, and queries and zone transfers must be possible
between updated and non-updated servers in both directions. I think
this is really part of requirement [1] rather then a separate one.
