[idn] Comments sought on first draft of IDN comparisons document

Greetings again. The official IETF announcement for the WG's 
comparisons document didn't seem to make it to this mailing list. The 
document can be found at 
<http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-idn-compare-00.txt>. 
In it, I have categorized the parts of the IDN solution that people 
have talked about, and given some pros and cons of the various 
sub-parts.

As I say in the introduction, the first draft is probably missing 
some of the proposals that have been discussed, and those should be 
filled in as soon as possible. Please read over the document soon and 
post any comments to this list. I would very much like to revise the 
document before the deadline before the Pittsburgh meeting so that we 
can have a more complete document to discuss there.
