Dear all,
I am new to this mailing list, and would like to get caught-up with the status if international domain names. Could some one please tell me how I can become more involved. Also, can anyone point me to any current proposals that may already exsist. I have already read through W3C's UTF-8 proposals, but I would like to see what else exsist.
