FYI, the URLs at http://www.nunames.nu/eu-lang-test.htm will work in IE 5
with "send all URTLs as UTF-8" turned on or off.

NUBIND's UTF-8 component is in the NAMED core, ie, "the names tored in the
DNS system are stored in the UTF-8 encoding" - NUBIND does not care what is
sent across the wire, nor should any such early-stage idn solution, not
until there is a consistent encoding standard in use Internet-wide, IMHO. 

There are currently more than 600 beta testers of NUBIND (mostly in
Scandinavia) and we will be replacing that short list of links with the 600
or so in the next day or two, for further tests.
